Alternatively, if you have USDC on other networks, you can transfer them to Arbitrum from your MetaMask wallet on the Bridge page.
If you already have experience in bridge transactions, i.e. transferring your tokens from Ethereum mainnet (USDC) to Arbitrum One (USDC), a more gas-efficient way is to use Arbitrum Bridge.
Caution⚠️ Do not get confused with USDC.e, which is a variant of USDC but NOT used at stVol! As a reminder, the currency used at stVol is only USDC (on Arbitrum One).

Remember the two concepts: Networks (Ethereum / Arbitrum) and Tokens (ETH / USDC).
Each Network has Tokens.
USDC can exist on Ethereum Network, or Arbitrum Network.
Likewise, ETH can exist on Ethereum Network, or Arbitrum Network.
As a first-time wallet connector, you will see most of the basic settings made for ETH/USDC on Ethereum Network.
With the Bridge process above, you are transferring the tokens (whether ETH or USDC) on Ethereum Network to Arbitrum Network where stVol is operating.
Caution!📌 Always leave a small amount of ETH on both Ethereum and Arbitrum Network!
For every kind of transaction above, you will need some ETH token to be paid as transaction fees ('gas fee').
If the transactions happened on Ethereum mainnet, your ETH on Ethereum will be used as a transaction fee.
Transaction Examples
Bridge ETH from Ethereum to Arbitrum
Bridge USDC from Ethereum to Arbitrum
Swap ETH (on Ethereum) to USDC (on Ethereum), or vice versa
If the transactions happened on Arbitrum mainnet, your ETH on Arbitrum will be used as a transaction fee.
